A traineeship (sometimes called a New Apprenticeship) provides the opportunity to learn industry skills while working and training on the job.
A traineeship or apprenticeship is a paid working relationship with an employer. They can be full time, part time or school based.
It has often been the case with Traineeships that the Trainee leaves the job to gain theoretically knowledge in a classroom based environment but at Skills Strategies International flexible delivery provided online, facilitating the learning at a time that suits the employer.
Blended Training Option:
Learning and Assessment will be predominantly on the job with knowledge based tasks completed and submitted online.
Unit selection
Units will be selected to meet the employer requirements for training.
Costs
Skills Strategies International is registered for User Choice funding and has places available for school based or mainstream certificate II and III Traineeships.
Employer incentives
Employers are eligible for an incentive (commencing at around $1250) to subsidise the provision of on the job training.
