Certificate II Retail
This course is delivered in a blended mode with regular face to face meetings, online assignments and a work experience placements.
Units include: Point of sale, Interacting with customers, Maintaining work areas, Operating technology, Stock control, minimizing theft, merchandising products, selling products and creating a display.

Certificate III Retail
This course leads to a supervisory role in retail. Learners have the option of similar blended delivery to that offered in Retail II or project based delivery that includes party plan selling, ebay selling and participation in an online shop. This mode is particularly suitable for those who want to run their own business.
Units include: Store safety, store security, Building relationships with customers, Working as an offsite worker, Coordinating a merchandise presentation, Coordinating work teams, Coordinating sales performance
