The Certificate IV of Frontline Management is a qualification for those in the first line of management. At this level frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for effective functioning of the team.
This course is especially designed for those who are moving into supervisory positions and want to perform well, or those who have developed supervisory skills on the job and want formal recognition of these skills.

This qualification is suitable for those who manage the work of others or add value to or review management practices. They will have considerable experience their respective industry and an informed perspective on the work requirements with their managerial approaches.
Those entering the course should have vocational experience as Team leader, coordinator or supervisor or have a Certificate IV Frontline Management or other relevant management qualification. 8 units make up the qualification: 5 core and 3 electives. Units include:
